Jennifer Lawrence Went Makeup-Free in a Jumpsuit for a Walk with Cooke Maroney and Their Son Cy

Latest York City paparazzi captured a rare have a look at Jennifer Lawrence out and about and dressed down. Lawrence and her husband Cooke Maroney were photographed, out walking with their 8-month-old son Cy while getting lunch out. Lawrence was makeup-free, wearing her hair in a low ponytail. She dressed up in a navy jumpsuit and accessorized with cream Mary Jane ballet flats.

The outing got here days after Lawrence spoke to The Latest York Times about how she needed to fight her own fear of commitment when it got here to going through along with her 2019 wedding to Maroney.

She said she related to the fear of commitment her character Lynsey experiences in the brand new film Causeway. ā€œWhile you don’t fully know yourself, you’ve no idea where to place yourself,ā€ she said. ā€œAfter which I met my husband, and he was like, ā€˜Put yourself here.’ I used to be like, ā€˜That feels right, but what if it’s not?ā€™ā€

Lawrence recognized she was having commitment anxiety, ā€œand it was coming out of my performance in all these different creative ways, but I wasn’t conscious of it,ā€ she said. ā€œThen I went back, and once I’m home with my husband making this family, I’m so joyful I stayed. I’m so joyful I didn’t freak out and cancel the marriage and run away and go, ā€˜I’ll never be taken down!ā€™ā€

She added that she took Maroney’s last name but did struggle somewhat with changing her name legally.

ā€œGod, I had such a feminist meltdown about changing my name since it’s my identity, it’s the very first thing I’m given,ā€ she said. She added that becoming famous complicated it, an she got here to love sharing a special last name along with her husband and son.

ā€œI used to be born with the name Jennifer Lawrence, but that got taken from me once I was 21 and I never got it back,ā€ she said. ā€œSo it didn’t feel like I used to be giving up anything. That name already belongs to them.ā€
