Jennifer Lawrence Wears Two Stunning Black Gowns In London

On Saturday night, Jennifer Lawrence stepped out of the May Fair Hotel in London wearing a slim fitting column dress in velvety black. The elegant sleeveless gown was paired with matching strappy high heel sandals and a small black clutch. Lawrence had her gleaming blonde hair swept up right into a soft bun, and light-weight makeup. For jewelry, she wore a pair of enormous drop earrings.

Lawrence has been promoting the discharge of her recent film Causeway, and attended the movie’s premiere at BFI London Film Festival earlier that night. For the red carpet, she also selected a black gown, this one covered in sheer material that nearly formed a cape, the material covering Lawrence’s arms and adorned in large pearls. The piece was from the Del Core Spring 2023 collection and she or he wore the elegant look with a pair of Gianvito Rossi Portofino Sandals.

She was accessorized with what seemed to be the identical pearl earrings, and a rather smokey eye.

In a recent interview with Variety, Lawrence explained her transient time away from acting lately, saying that she experienced pretty severe burnout after filming The Hunger Games and becoming such a significant star. The hit franchise was followed by an Academy Award-winning turn in Silver Linings Playbook. She ultimately starred in eight movies between 2012 and 2015

ā€œI feel I lost a way of control. Between The Hunger Games coming out and winning the Oscar,ā€ she explained. ā€œI became such a commodity that I felt like every decision was a giant, big group decision.ā€

She continued, ā€œAfter I reflect now, I can’t consider those following years, [because there was] only a lack of control.ā€

After 2019’s Dark Phoenix, she didn’t star in a movie again until Netflix’s Don’t Look Up.

ā€œIt feels personal for me the primary time in a protracted time,” she said.

In that break day, Lawrence had her first child with husband Cooke Maroney.
