The previous few months have been controversial ones for Hailey Bieber, who was harassed pretty severely online after being accused of mocking her husband Justin Bieber’s ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez in a TikTok. This has reportedly created some challenges at home as Hailey struggles together with her mental and emotional health. A source talking to US Weekly says that Justin is backing her up.
âIt breaks Justinâs heart to have seen Hailey struggling emotionally the way in which she has been these past few months,â the insider said. âHe loves his wife greater than anything and knows she has a heart of gold.â
They added, âJustin knows her truth and despite what some people may say or think, he knows she only wants the perfect for people and has the perfect intentions… Justin knows that life is all concerning the ups and downs, and he knows sheâll get through this. But it surelyâs been difficult seeing her upset and all he can do is be by her side and be there for her regardless of what.â
On Wednesday, April 19, Hailey shared some of what is she’s going through together with her followers in her Instagram Stories.
âI prefer to make jokes about how I feel because sometimes itâs easier than admitting Iâm having a tough time,â the Rhode founder wrote. âBut truthfully since 2023 began I even have had a few of the saddest, hardest moments Iâve ever had in my adult life and my mind and emotions have been fragile to say the least. And I do know so many other people feel the identical way I feel, so just know youâre not alone.â
Along with the Gomez drama, Hailey and Justin have been coping with various health issues over the past yr. In March 2022, Hailey she suffered âstroke-like symptomsâ and needed to be hospitalized; in November she shared she had an ovarian cyst. In the summertime of 2022, Justin needed to cancel his tour after being diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt syndrome which caused partial facial paralysis from which he’s slowly recovering.
Hailey and Justin have withdrawn from public events for probably the most part and Gomez eventually spoke up, asking her fans to finish the harassment.
âHailey Bieber reached out to me and let me know that she has been receiving death threats and such hateful negativity,â Gomez wrote via her Instagram Story. âThis isnât what I stand for. Nobody should must experience hate or bullying. Iâve all the time advocated for kindness and actually need this all to stop.â
The model then thanked the Only Murders within the Constructing star for saying something in her own Instagram Story.
âI need to thank Selena for speaking out, as her and I even have been discussing the previous few weeks methods to move past this ongoing narrative between her and I,â she wrote. âThe previous few weeks have been very hard for everybody involved and tens of millions of individuals are seeing a lot hate around this which is incredibly harmful. While social media is an incredible technique to connect and construct community, moments like this only create extreme division as a substitute of bringing people together.â
