For her first-ever SAG Awards, Antonia Gentry was greater than just an audience member. The 25-year-old Ginny & Georgia actress was a SAG Awards ambassador and presenter, appearing onstage alongside Stranger Things star Caleb McLaughlin to present the award out for Outstanding Male Actor in a Drama Series. Gentry opted for a spring-ready lavender gown by Celine and accessorized with REZA jewels. It was a soft, feminine lookâand one with lots of thought behind it.
By way of beauty, Gentryâs updo gave the impression somewhat edge, hair stylist Graham Nation explained: âThe concept was a bang moment. The dress is gorgeousâwe wanted the hair to edge it up. Toni doesnât normally wear her hair straight or this sleek, so we took it as an excellent opportunity to make use of the hair to balance out the look.â
And the makeup, created with Chanel Beauty products, was kept dainty. In accordance with Gentryâs makeup artist Misha Shahzada, the inspiration was drawn primarily from the dress. âIts ethereal simplicity aligns with the general soft makeup and eye moment,â she says.
